Our products and services support organizations throughout North America to deliver evidence-based and strengths-based services to the children and families who are most vulnerable.

Board President
It is my privilege to share with you the first public Great Kids, Inc. (GK) Annual Report. Thanks to the commitment and efforts of our GK team, and those with whom we partner, our ability to support organizations that serve families and young children grows stronger.
GK products emphasize family strengthening and building of protective factors that create safe and loving spaces. Children can feel confident and curious as they learn about the world around them. As a leader in this space, GK has advanced the fields of child development and home visiting through the creation of educational opportunities for professionals. An exceptional example is a new resource aimed at building resilience after trauma.
The GK infrastructure is also growing rapidly. Focus groups, pilot studies, and other feedback mechanisms ensure our system design reflects and keeps pace with partner needs.
Accomplishments showcased in this report represent lives changed, communities strengthened, and futures brightened, reflecting the collective effort and shared vision of everyone connected to Great Kids!
Great Kids (GK) has much to celebrate with this Annual Report. Importantly, GK has been welcomed by the community in Columbus, Georgia with love, excitement, and energy to be part of our work.
Our product line is at a marvelous intersection — embracing our roots through the design of abbreviated classroom seminars while envisioning the future of digital and diversified products. GK Connect continues to grow and expand allowing us increased capacity to serve our partners. We are focused on marketing, sales, and partner care like never before, which elevates our understanding and ability to connect.
Our forthcoming strategic plan will focus on new technology, enhanced workforce, fiscal strength, and continued research. Actively supported by our Board of Directors, a new CEO will also soon join us. We know that person will fall in love with our work, our organization, and our partners, making all corners of the world better for children and families.

Family Strengthening Packages
Children’s development is influenced by the people who care for them and the environments they’re exposed to. By strengthening families and partnering with them to build protective factors, we’re creating space for children to feel loved and valued, safe and secure, curious and capable.
Three Family Strengthening products were released in 2023, along with two package options to create a tailored partner experience.
Resilience Guide
As a leader in the field of child development and family strengthening, Great Kids developed a FREE resource for the public to learn 10 Ways to Build Resilience After Adverse Childhood Experiences.
Conference Sessions
In addition to developing products, Great Kids provides educational opportunities to further the field of child development and home visiting professionals through conference sessions and webinars. During this reporting period, we developed webinars on the following topics:

Continuing Education for Social Workers
Six of our programs were approved by NASW, allowing social workers to earn continuing education contact hours. The courses cover a variety of topics, including trauma-informed work, attachment, strengths-based approach, effective communication, and more!

Great Kids Is Evidence-Based
Growing Great Kids® Next Generation Curricula Earns Prestigious Evidence-Based Ranking.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and Office of Head Start rank Next Generation as Evidence-Based.
According to the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center website, the evidence-based ranking means that evidence from rigorous research studies demonstrates the curriculum has shown significant positive effects on child development.
